Welcome to Healthy Blue
We work with thousands of doctors, specialists, and hospitals throughout Nebraska, and we partner with many local organizations to help you get the care and services you need to live your best.
Healthy Blue Medicaid benefits
Get the care you need from a doctor you choose within our plan. There are no copays for primary care provider (PCP) visits, specialists, behavioral health care, urgent care services and labs.
We want you to see clearly. Vision benefits include an annual eye exam and glasses (every year for kids; every two years for adults) for eligible members. Coverage is subject to your benefits plan.
We pay for prescriptions and many over-the-counter (OTC) medicines. Some members have a $3 copay for brand-name drugs. Many members (including children and pregnant women) don’t have any copays for their medicines. Coverage is subject to your benefits plan.
Healthy Blue offers extra benefits just for our members, like free Weight Watchers® and Boy and Girl Scout memberships, school supplies for members entering college, and breast pumps and baby showers for pregnant members.
Note: Some benefits have eligibility requirements. Call Healthy Blue Member Services at 833-388-1405 (TTY 711) if you have questions about those requirements

Why choose Healthy Blue for your Nebraska Medicaid plan?
Top three reasons:
A strong provider network. Our plan includes lots of doctors, hospitals and pharmacies to make getting care easy.
Free extras on top of your regular Medicaid benefits. Healthy Blue offers extra benefits to help you live well, like free rides to your medical appointments, and gift card rewards for completing healthy activities.
Dedicated care coordinators to help you with your care. A care coordinator works closely with you to manage care, arrange transportation and answer questions about your benefits.
Healthy Blue — more than a health plan
